Default C4 - Right Side Dash Removal (1987)

If you can help, please email me. I am working on my 87 ragtop (automatic) and need to gain access behind the right side of the dash, ie. behind the dash pad on the passenger side. I've pulled the dasho cover, the center bezel, and the plastic panel that has the light attached.
So far, I haven't been able to get the lower part of the dash (the carpeted piece off) so I can get to the bottom screws of that pad. The top two were accessible after I removed the dash pad cover.
I would appreciate any help (pictures especially) if possible.
    Thanks.

Look at the picture below...see those two bolts...you need to get them from under the panel....drop the ECM and the alarm module...get a long extension with a #10 socket and a swivel...remove the seat...squish yourself into a pretzel and spend about two hours trying to get at them...it can be done.

I managed to do it from above using an open-ended wrench and a lot of cursing. Never thought about taking the seat out; knew I couldn't fit under the dash...
