Can anyone tell me if I can replace my stock wheels with 17x9.5 replacement wheels for all four locations?

You sure can. You could go 17x9.5 and then easily rotate your tires, or you could go to 18" wheels, and you could even go to 17x11 or 18x10.5 in the rear if you want a larger tire patch. Many C4's came from the factory with 17x9.5.

    What he said!

The Z07/Z51 cars from 93-96 all came with 17x9.5 all around. '92 was the last year that all Vettes got the 17x9.5 all around. The 'skinny' front tire/wheel combination was done to make the base and FX3 cars be more stable for the everyday driver.

If you go with the 9.5" wheel all around, you can go with either the 275 or 285 tire all around also.
