Buying / Importing C4 "Vette

Hey Everybody;
A Happy new Year to you,
I am pretty close to buying / Importing a 'Vette from the States into Canada.( a 1995) C4.
My question is for those members in Canada that have done the same.

1). Do the DRL's have to be added or are they just switched on in the computer?
Also, ...
2). The front and rear bumper inserts , I read that they have to be changed out?
Is this true? and where would i get the part #'s ?

I don't know anything about importing to Canada from the US but I wish you luck.
I think once you get your hands on the car you will love it, and it will be worth the effort.

My Vettes in the past (2) were a blast to drive, but they came and went.
They say 3rd times the charm, so I'm hoping this is the one to keep.
