Question-Head Temp Sensor

Just got my headers in yesterday

( the Hooker set from Mid America) and am planning to install them or at least start this weekend.

I need to put a new head temp sensor on at some point down the road. Anyone know where I can aquire one of these for an AFR 195 head, I think it's a stock item but the connector would be 81 Vette specific. Mid A?
