Well I had to R&R my headlight switch the dimmer part was hosed. went to carquest and ordered a headlight switch which they had in stock. Turned out that the switch they have didn't have the vacuum ports, took it anyway and just took the old one apart and the new one and just transfered the switch to the old base plate. price $12.00 better than $40.00. part number 55146.
