Dead battery - drain in the circuit?
So I tried to start my '78 the other day. First time around, the starter was having a hard time turning it over, sounded like the starter was dying out. Then she started. But worried about that I turned off the ignition and tried to start the car again, and no go. It was doing something, but wasn't enough to start the engine.
So I figured it was either a bad battery or there was a drain in the circuit (did some electrical work earlier). So I used a meter in the circuit and there was .01 amp drain in the circuit. Is that negligable or is that enough drain to waste a battery in about 1 week of not starting it?
