    Default Courtesy switch keeps melting

    Hey all!

Just replaced my driver side courtesy switch. Only to find that the white wire got very hot and melted through the plastic on the end of he switch. Part of the white wire covering on that end also melted before the fuse blew.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Sounds like a ground somewhere in the circuit. I would also check to make sure you have the right size fuse in place.
