Yahoo Got 2nd Place at local car show

Just wanted to share that I got second place at car show here in Ft. Worth Tx. There where a lot of nice cars.. It was a little windy and cool too. Unusual for Texas I have provided the link to the Web page. Mine is the red 73... Oh 3 Vettes took trophie 2 Sharks One C5 There where 6 vettes 2 c5 2 sharks and 2 c2

I had no idea there was a show this weekend. I also missed the Cowtown Vettes practice autocross at Pennington. Man was I a bum this weekend.

Yeah it makes all the work you put into restoring a car worth it. Usualy I go to shows not expecting to win anything so it makes it nice to win a Trophy.


Mike are you the one that helped me install a Carb on my car when I lived in Flower Mound? You came over and installed an Eldebrock carb.

Great looking Vette you got there. I'm curious though, were there different classes at this show? If so which class were you in? I can't wait to get going to some more car shows this summer. Warm weather come this way!

Thanks Ripp.. They did have them broken down to 30's,40's,50's and so on I entered mine in the 70's class they where about 13 other cars there in my class the one that won was the Sweet looking Blue 71 vette. He had it really modifie.
