I saw this on Craigs List - looked pretty cool. Was red on red an option in 1977?

I'm pretty sure I saw this Vette for sale over by BWI. Looks like it's for sale again somewhere else. Nice looking Vette though. Obviously, not numbers matching. I could take a look if anyone's interested.
