Im looking to purchase a pair of rear tail lamps for my 59 but am concerned about quality and fit
does anyone have a brand or company i should deal with to get the best on the market.

I would start with Trim Parts, Inc. They have a web site catalogue, and if you don't see what you need, they have a contact page.

I've never purchased any repro '58-'60 tail lamps so I can't attest to fit and finish. I would think that most of them come from the same source no matter who the retailer is. It's just too complicated of a part to manufacture with too little of a demand to be cost attractive to very many manufacturers.
