Bob,

New York is a generic plate with a sticker, if you want one I can probably dig one up, I buy them at swap meets and garage sales when I see them.

Thanks Tom. Are those the gold (orange?) plates with black letters?

If you find one with a '67 sticker I'd be pleased to buy it and pay for shipping.

No, they are Blue with an orangish yellow, let me see what year stickers I have, I have a plate no problem with that, they used the same plate untill the mid-70's and I carefully peel back the stickers and give them to friends.

Bob.

Forward me an email of the original request along with your email address.
I'll forward it to license pl collectors.
U can deal direct with them. Some states allow 67 plates to be used on 67 vehicles so they may be pricey.

Ahh, but if it were a few years ago...I had a FL 67-68 (black) plate with the following numbers: 8-1967 (!!). It now resides on the back of a friend's L-88 coupe.

Heaven, just an FYI, the New Jersey tags used back in 1967 didn't have dates or stickers to signify 1967 on the tags themselves (colored inspection stickers were used in the windshield to determine if they were up to date). The tags themselves were pretty much the same old plain (ugly) tags that were used for many, many years (before and after)...
