I voted "not sure" because if they continue to provide an "aux" or an "MP3"
input it doesn't matter to me if they do or don't. I've got ALL of my CD's ripped
to MP3's at the highest bit rate available, and THAT'S probably more than my
old ears are capable of distinguishing. I can't remember the last time I used a CD
in any of my cars, and just like anything else with moving parts, it'll break somewhere
along the line probably at the point where you're depending on it the most. Like
maybe day 2 of a 30 day "lets drive the state's for a month" vacation. That being said,
if there's a market out there for a standalone CD player for car audio systems, I'm
sure that someone like Bose, Sony, Pioneer, etc., will jump into that market to provide
what people want.
