My Corvette(s):
'95 Torch Red Coupe
Default Shocks actuators

Greetings from Memphis . . . Thank you, Thank you very much.

I have a '95 Coupe with 47K, RPO FE7 and Z07. The left front actuator separated/broke where the gear housing meets the main housing. I put it back together temporarily with [cringe] duct tape and it works! I was fearful of using epoxy, thinking it would ooze into the gear mechanism, etc.

I read somewhere that someone or some company would repair these actuators at a decent price. Does anyone know about this, or has anyone used this service?

Item 2: actuators from which years will interchange? Contacting my local dealer proved to be fruitless.

Thanks in advance, Gary
