That would be a hell-of-a-party, if they were all together!
Happy Birthday Everyone!

I have mixed feelings about birthdays... I guess I would rather have them than not. Thanks all... and happy, happy to Dennis, Rick and anyone else who shares this birthday.
At one company I worked, there were 7 employees, 5 of us had birthdays on or within one day. Another was 10 days off. Guess it was a cold month in February.

Thank you!
Hello to All -
You sure put a smile on my face.
It has been a great day. Yes, I am here at McMurdo, getting ready to launch another traverse effort. I will post some photos once we get things sorted out. Have 2 new tractors this year, Case Quadtrac STX 530's. 15 litre Cummins producing 530 horsepower. Serious drawbar pull here, baby.
Now, at age 49, have decided to quit smoking after 20 years (yes, I STARTED at age 29-can you believe that?). Having a heckuva time getting rid of this monkey but I keep telling myself IT DOES NOT OWN ME. Wish me luck, folks.
Again, thank you, and have a great day.
Rick

Rick,
I really, sincerely wish you success in killing that monkey. You can do it, Man.

I quit in... must have been '75 more or less. Hardest thing I ever did. It was at least 2 years before I could say I really didn't want a smoke with a straight face. You can do it, and you will appreciate having done it later.

Good luck, Rick... your lungs & heart will thank you later.

ps: I hear the glaciers down your way are growing more quickly than projected. Any truth to that?
