I find it odd that nothing, and I mean NOTHING in the photo moves in over 12 hours. Can't see any people, but what about the small boats? I'd think at least something would move.

I only show the timer (which follows your mouse) going from 6:10 to 7:40 (90 minutes) but you're right... nothing moves. I didn't notice before!!

You're right. I noticed nothing moving, and just checked the time at the top and the time at the bottom. Didn't look at the time between.

I think nothing appears to move because each boat appears in but a single frame, and the software used to morph between the frames has to do SOMETHING with them... so they appear to fade in and out as the frames progress. This tells me that the software does more complex work than just taking about 100 frames and flipping between them - it's actually morphing the pictures, creating artificial transitions between them.

I'll take your word for it. I was just impressed with the effect and didn't give it much thought.
