Bob, the story behind the video clip is better than the video itself. Yesterday, we had a series of really bad storms roll through the area. So, as my wife and I waited and watched the news coverage... and waited for the storms to hit... I decided to lump a bunch of photos and videos together. We weren't sure if we were going to have to grab the baby and the dog and head to the basement. This sort of wait-and-see stuff went on from 6:30pm until midnight yesterday. The radar images on TV were really ugly and the tornado sirens kept going off- we thought we'd see a twister for sure. I had to do something to kill time- so why not be a little creative
From what I understand, a funnel cloud-like rotation was spotted over downtown Louisville and it actually formed a tornado and touched ground to the east just outside the city.
