Its a rainy day maybe a bump to the top will get some response, the Boss likes the 18-19 It doesn't make a lot of difference to me I'll be home both weekends cooking on the grill anyway ;LOL

We are going to MIS on the 19th and I took the 18th off. That should work for me. I have to work on the 11th though.

Just got back from lunch with the local gang and we have decided to have the BBQ on the 18th; it seems everyone who voted for the 11th can make it either weekend but those that voted the 18th can only make it on the 18th.

Mark your calenders the BBQ is on the 18th :upthumbs:upthumbs

Oct is the start of hunting season I don't think I'll be making the Dragon Run, Courtney doesn't want to do it again so soon; I'm thinking of the hunnertcarpileup (http://www.hunnertcarpileup.com/2007/) but I doubt I'll make that either. I most likely be sitting in a tree stand hunting Bambi ;)

I'd like to do the hunnertcarpileup (http://www.hunnertcarpileup.com/2007/) too. The pics from last year were great.

I liked the earlier shows a little better, I like a little paint on my cars.;LOL
the growing trend towards "Rat Rods" in rust with the deep pocket boys getting involved doesn't appeal to me; I can see it in an unfinished project. When you can't afford to paint the whole car or are getting the kinks out.
I drove the YT in 1/2 primer 1/2 Yellow for about two to three years for financial reasons ;LOLand I doubt I'll paint it again in Flat Black just to be like the majority:puke

I saw a super long wheel base rat rod on a Trailer :( on US24 west of Huntington IN last night. It was being pulled by a newer Suburban I think. I know I have seen pictures of that car on the HAMB (http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/) before.

Well I'm out of bed. Need to get the lawn mowed (just got the John Deere back from the shop) and then we will come over.See yu later.

Chas,

See if you can get some pics of Dale Jr.'s '72 Camaro and Richard Childress' real '57 Black Widow (formally owened by Smokey Yunik) that are in the Chevy display.

Have a good time and think of us that couldn't make it. Are you going to MIS tomorrow?

She was riding. I was pushing. Probably around back. Or I could have been dusting off the L81 getting ready to come over. Cliff could have stopped and helped with the mowing. :L

Thanks for a good time Craig. Also thanks for the produce out of your gardren.
