Do people want shirts made for the fall dragon run this year? I'll do another one on Zazzle if we want one and donate what I get back from it to CAC like I did before unless someone else wants to take care of it through somewhere else...and if you want one and have any pic's you'd like to be considered for the shirt's, feel free to post'em here!

I have pics of last year's shirt...
But I don't have any new image suggestions for this year's.
I REALLY like the dragon logo for the front pocket- I vote we keep that one, and maybe change the graphic on the back slightly, for this year? Maybe something a little smaller on the back. When I tuck the shirt in, I lose about 1/3 of the image :L

My son Eric was courteous enough to put on my yellow shirt and go outside for an ad-hoc photo shoot.

I really like the C/D/E dragon...and actually it wouldn't be a big deal to put that graphic up in each color so people can get the one they want, that might make it look better on some shirts where you could make sure the dragon color looks best on the shirt color you choose...Jane Ann, can you see if you can give it to me in the different colors and have "CorvetteActionCenter.com" across the top, "Southeast Region" down one side and "Fall 2007" down the other side that would look decent? I think we'd be better off with not putting print across under the bottom.

GryGhst, to spring run was really a short notice spur of the moment thing and there wasn't really time to put a whole lot together at all.

I didn't realize we had all these color choices. Charlie and Jane Ann you are too generous with your time. If I can choose I like the white/silver and the orange. I am surprised there are no reds. "All corvettes are red" ;)

Everyone orders their own shirts after I have them hosted on Zazzle...it's an online shirt company where I'll go in and get things set up, then I'll let you know when they're there and you order your shirts directly from them. I'll have it done sometime this weekend.

These colors are the colors of the dragons on the shirt. I just thought that the T-shirts were all white. If the T-shirts come in different colors, please list the shirt colors.

Charlie will set the design up and then post a link to Zazzle. Anyone that wants a shirt, or as I recall sweatshirts, jackets, etc. can go to the site and make their selection. Then you'll place your order with them and receive your product.

Once he posts the link, we don't have anything else to do with the orders.

Here are the links to where to go get each color of dragon on a shirt. Once you get to Zazzle, you will be able to pick the size, color shirt, type of shirt and so on. You will also be able to customize anything that you order if you wish to do something for example like have your name printed under the pocket picture as well. I don't have time at the moment to write up a step by step set of instructions, if you need help feel free to post any questions you may have. I will also edit and paste this post back into the original post in this thread so that you'll be able to find it easily instead of having to come back into the middle of the thread to look for it.

Last time I'm going to bump this thread, we're only about a month away now...woohooo!!!!

So if you want your shirts in time for the dragon run, you don't have a whole lot longer to order them!
(they can still be ordered at a later date...but don't you want to have them during the run!)

Sorry to leave you hanging buddy...I haven't been able to actually get hold of anything official, but what I've ran across says something along the lines of "plate must be properly mounted in a visible location and nothing obstructing the view of it"...which to me normally would say a cover over it should be legal as long as the plate is still easily readable. The screwed up side to this is that right now with the cops being such dicks over in the area of the dragon, they might write a citation for a cover over it no matter how visible and tell you they're letting the judge decide if it's obstructing the view of it or not. I'm still trying to find what the law really says for sure.
