Default Transducer hook-up?

The speedometer on my 1980 hasn't worked since I got the car in Oct. of "06.
Speedometer, Tachometer checked OK. Installed new cables. They're fine now.
Speedometer and Odometer are still dead. I've traced the problem to the transducer. I have the cables hooked up correctly but I don't know where the 2 vacuum tubes go to. Any info would be a tremendous help!

The vacuum lines are for the cruise control...I don't think they should effect the speedometer (been a while). Did you check out the speedo gear on the transmission tail shaft? Maybe that's the problem...
