PC info. advice
When sending a mail to a particular address it gets refused.
He claims he doesn't have me or others with the same blocked, knowingly.
Could there be another reason?

Perhaps his message rules are refusing messages based on keywords, attachments, etc.

If you're sending from an Exchange Server with config issues, his ISP may be blocking messages from you.

reads: Your mail could not be delivered because thay are are not accepting mail from your address.
His address is listed. My address is listed.
He did not knowingly block any mail.
