Default parking light wire

I am trying to hook up my keyless entry to flash the parking lights when I unlock the doors. I know there is a brown wire that goes to the parking lights. Does anybody know an easy place to get to this wire?

Right at the headlight switch, or at the fuse block would seem to be the easiest place to splice into the circuit. Neither are particularly convenient to get to.
