I'm all for it. Trying to remember turning the clock forward and getting up for the first day of fishing season on the same weekend was really taxing my brain.;LOL
Now that it's spread out by 3 weeks, I can get used to fishing in the dark,:D in the snow.

I used electrical tape to cover up the flashing 12:00. :L I realized that I never used the VCR as a timepiece and I couldn't see it from across the room anyway.

Now, there's someone who's handy around the house!

Very good, Dirtfarmer!!

I really look forward to the time change. I work at a golf course and this allows us to stay open later in the evening. And, if I am not working that gives me more time to work on my game.

2 important facts:
Microsoft has a patch on their site to fix your 'puter's clock
My youngest daughter likes to wake me up at 6 am 7 days a week and I have grudging gotten used to it. Now I get to sleep until 7. YIPPEY (the opposite of HOOEY)!

Assuming that micros**k is the worst of the operating systems, which I will not argue as they are insidious but I am stuck, then the other superior systems have already figured out daylight savings time. Yippee!

I have a Time Of Use meter on my house to get my electricity and gas at a reduced rate on off-peak hours.
My power company has informed me that peak hours will be from 1-7 instead of 12-6 since they cannot or will not reprogram the meters.
This means from 6-7 I'll be paying peak prices when I shouldn't have to, from now till when DST normally starts, and again in the fall when DST normally ends till its extended date.
I don't know which is more maddenning, that someone cannot change the program at the receiving end or that DST is here.
Not one clock in my house is right, ever. Ever since our rolling blackouts what was that 8 years ago? well in any case, ever since then I've never bothered with clocks other than my rolex and my pc or my cell phone. That's more than enough.
I'm not sure why DST bugs me so damn much, maybe because a bunch of sheeple say duur okay let's all change the time, and then durrr okay let's change em again in the fall.
Duurrrrr............

Ever heard of battery powered atomic clocks ? They are the answer to your timekeeping problems.

Oops I forgot about that one, yeah I have one as my alarm clock, it shines the time on the ceiling. I usually wake up just before it goes off. A guy I dated gave that once, it drove him crazy that my clocks were all incorrect. Didn't bother me one bit, like I said, watch, cell, pc, more than enough.
