O.K. - the holidays are over and we're into 2007 !

Who's going to the CruiseFest ?? C'mon now ... if you've passed on the previous ones because they were just too far away :ohnoes ... this is your shot. If you don't make this one, it may be a few years (maybe more) before this event comes this far west again. HEY - PIKES PEAK - ROYAL GORGE - the OLYMPIC TRAINING CENTER - just to name a few of the things to see. Along with a great bunch of Vette enthusiasts, it won't get better than this ... that is, unless you decide to take a walk on the wild side :eek :eek ... and caravan there with the POSSE !! :grouphug: :Steer :Steer :pat

If you are lookin' for the adventure of 2007, this is what you've been waitin for, so chime in and be counted, and get your rooms reserved at the Silverwood Hotel. We plan on leaving the central California foothills on the 23rd (Saturday) and arriving on Tuesday the 26th.

Hey 81 Mako ... we're going to Bud & Nancy's in Amarillo, killing a couple of days, then up to the SPRINGS.
2 extra days is all we are taking - why aren't you gonna run with us ??

The POSSE is now heading out on Thursday the 21st. From Sonora - east on 108 to 395 - south to 58 - east to BARSTOW for the 1st night.
Boise to Bishop, Ca - 575 miles. We will be passing thru Bishop early Thursday afternoon. OR to Fallon Nevada, on Hwy 95 is only 385 miles from Boise ... e-z day run, then meet up in Lee Vining, Ca on Hwy 395. From Fallon- you'd go south on 95 for 72 miles to Hawthorne - then take 359 over to Mono Lake/Lee Vining ... where we would hook up.
If you could work it out, we'll be staying at the RED ROOF INN #645 In Barstow ... 800-REDROOF or 760-253-2121.
The 2nd night will be in Gallup NM @ the BEST WESTERN RED ROCK INN. 505-722-7600. It's located at 3010 E. Historic Hwy 66.
Saturday afternoon we will roll into Amarillo. I haven't set up a place yet, but the BEST WESTERN AMARILLO INN on 1610 S.Coulter.
Bud says it's only 1-2 miles from their house, so I'll go with that one.
3 nights in Amarillo (23rd-25th) and on to the SPRINGS on the 26th.
It would be great to have you run with us !!
