Default Outside door handle - help with choices.

We currently have to replace the right hand outside door handle on our '78. As I have the catalogs spread across the desk, I see several different pricing options. Doubt that I'll got with the cheapest, but then may not go with NOS. What has been your experience?

I bought GM when I replaced mine. I had heard stories about the aftermarket not having the same quality and this is definitely a job you don't want to do twice.

Ditto on the GM handle. After all the original one lasted until last week, didn't it?
