Default Need help with door weatherstripping

I recently put on new door weatherstripping. The problem is that the molded end of the weatherstripping is too large and is coming into contact with the pillar post weatherstripping. And its not just a matter of a few centimeters.
Here is a picture that highlights the areas that are interferring with each other. I recently adjusted my doors, so there is no way I can drop the doors down lower.
Also, I've noticed that the large molded end of the door weatherstrip rubs the window once its almost all the way up.

The molded piece on the door almost comes into contact with the area where the lower pillar piece is. I dont think any amount of trimming, short of cutting it off, would make them clear each other.
