Default Hypertech street runner chip
Anyone use or have used the hypertech street runner performance chip in their 81's?

If so,feedback good or bad. And how tough are to change on our L81's

I don't have one.
But the guy that rebuild my L81 said, don't even bother. They cost you more than you will gain.

If my memory is correct....they only provide "boost" at wide open throttle.

I have the thermo-master chip in mine. It was easy to install and I sure can feel the performance difference in the seat of my imagination. God bless, Sensei
