Comment, hm, basically, the relay would have to be checked and most likely replaced.
If the lock plate had been installed, the column WOULD NOT lock, at all.
It would be suggested to have another dealership look at it and get the regional service representative for Chevrolet involved.
$350, for something that should be covered under GM special policy 05081, is just plain wrong.
