Default Need: Hazard knob to turn signal conector

I need the part that the hazard knob screws into. Does anyone know if is available or have one? This is for a tilt and tele column. From what I've seen of the turn signal switches on the market it is not an included part.

If this helps.. the part I need is the part shown in the 68-82 Shop Manual section 12-7 lower right pic connected to the directional switch assy. Again in section 12 -15 #11 Hazard bearing race.
