Hmmm..doing a group buy for our older cars is tough! I definitely like the idea, but it seems we all need different parts at different times, I can't see any large number of us all needing the same thing at the same time.
What kinda things would we all want at once...? I dunno... Hmmm...

I know with my daily driver, there's always things that people do group buys on, but it's simple upgrades such as dash applications, suspension components, exterior pieces..

Maybe I'm not thinking enough though. What kind of things have people done group-buys on in the past, pertaining to our older cars?

Was it that funny??? I didn't know! With a name like "Southern HotRod", a newer vette wasn't the first thing that came to mind. And The sticky is at the top of every forum! I just happened to be in the C3 forums when I saw it, also leading to my 'deduction'.

I am with you Andre,
Southern Hot Rod to me would be older cars. Maybe I am just getting older.
I can't remember ever using new car and hotrod in the same sentence before unless I was talking opposites.. I confuse myself!

No it wasn't "that funny" at the time it just made me chuckle. I wonder why the threads aren't in just the vintage vettes he wants to sell to...
