Default 2001-2004 C5 Air Cleaner Lids

Can anyone tell me if the stock Z06 style air filter cover, small air scoop in 2001 and larger in 2002-2004, were also standard equipment on C5 coupes and convertibles? I thought that the air filter covers with the air scoops were installed only on Z06's only.

My 2002 coupe came with a cleaner cover that had a small opening. I believe the large opening came only with the Z06.

That's true except for the 2001 Z06 which had a small opening. - C.

I bought a Z06 cover for my 2003 AE vert just to get the bigger opening. Makes a little more 'wind' noise now.
