I'm going. I think there's about 15 or so cars from the club (St. Louis Corvette Club). We'll be parking in the club parking area but I'll be sure and drop by the CAC tent. If you're wandering around we'll have our tent up as well.

I have been reading in this thread and others about CAC area's or a CAC tent, does CAC go to all of these events, or do just a few select members who might put up a CAC banner?

Generally CAC has not officially organized participation in events other than the CAC CruseFest. In this case, Mid America offers club parking to any Corvette organization that wishes to take advantage of it. I and several other members that attend FunFest every year thought it would add to the fun if could all park together and invite the rest of CAC to join us. I got permission from Rob and then set it up. Cj5nutz and wife furnished the tent.

You'll also find a strong unofficial CAC attendance at Carlisle.

Mid America is setting up the tent for us. It will be there when we get there. All I had to do was pay for the tent. I don't know what time I will be there Friday, Suzy might have to work a few hours in the morning. I might ride up on Thursday for a while to help C3VR set up their tent .

My bride, Idah, & I will have our '75 there on Saturday in the club area with 4 newer Vettes under the banner Chippewa Valley Corvette Club. The '75 won't be hard to find...it's the blue one with the white hood & 3 deuces. We will look for the CAC tent and stop to visit you folks...Cya on the road, Marv.
