From the West to the Fest

Anyone that might be interested in joining in a caravan to CruiseFest 2007 in Colorado Springs ... go to the Southwest Section, and chime in there. I'm in the Yosemite area about 60 miles east of Modesto and will be working on putting this together. With a year to plan ahead - if you have been curious to meet up with some of the CAC members in person, having a great time with a bunch of other Corvette-heads ... in a BEAUTIFUL area ... this'll be your best bet. A couple of us have been whining about getting this event out of the Eastern part of the country for a few years ...well, they gave us our shot. Let's show 'em it wasn't a bad decision. Yeah-yeah-yeah $3+ for a gallon of gas chokes all of us ... and I remember the California gas wars in the late 60's/early 70's when I saw it as low as 19 cents for regular ... and so on and so on. If you are one of many that always think "gee - that would be a cool adventure rolling along with a bunch of other Corvettes" ... don't let the opportunity pass on by. 12 months to set aside the time and the $$ to make the run most of our friends can't even afford to dream of.
