Sunday, July 23rd - Tri-Boro Corvette Club "Gas-N-Glass Corvette Show" - Held at the athletic field at the campus of the University of Rhode Island, Rte. 138, Kingston, RI. Directions: Rte 95 South to Exit 9 (left=hand exit from passing lane). Take Exit 9 to Rte. 4 South. Go 10.4 miles where Rte. 4 joins with Rte 1. Follow Rte 1 South to the Rte 138 4-way intersection (fire tower on left). Take right onto Rte 138 West and follow signs.

Well the weather did not seem to co-operate fully but it did hold back enough so that 40 some odd corvettes attended the show. With only a few sprinkles now and again. Everyone had a good time watching the model air show, and craft fair and hot air balloons. Tri-Boro did a great job considering all the obstacles the weather brought. Congrats to the members of Tri-boro Corvette Club...Lets hope next years event will have better weather!!!

I'm so glad to hear that Tri-Boro's show came off well, considering the weather obstacles. Alan and I just returned from Nashville and Bowling Green tonight so weren't able to make it.
