MOPAR isn't the only company digging into the AMC styling bag.

Ford is doing it too. Take a look at the Ford Ka-

Its a modern interpretation of the AMC Pacer-

The Gremlin-

And the next Scion-

I think that is the point. The target market seems to be the "buy a butt-ugly car" group. Should we discuss the aerodynamics of that brick?

I shall not hate Scions! Ok the xB is on the odd box group and the xA is on the Beano side but the tC is the only normal car

And around and around we go.. It's all a big circle, nothing under this Star we call the Sun is ever new, just recycled and updated.. :crazy

Actually, I always liked the style of the old Hornet Sportabouts. Clean and practical.

Gremlin bodies were cool on modified's.

Um, I'll take the Gremlin. The Scion reminds me of the eyes on the old Transformer cartoons.

Here we go with everything old is new again. It seems everywhere you turn some "old" idea is being recycled. I didn't really like Miami Vice the first time. :)

I had a base, 3 on the stalk Gremlin. It was the toughest, most reliable car I've ever had - and I'm driving number 44.

I sold it to a University of Arizona coed, and she rolled it off the Mount Lemon highway less than a day after she got it. They winched it up 40 feet, and it still would run down the road, but it was a total, and couldn't be licensed.
