Default Amp Placement in 76

Hey,
I am looking to buy an amp to give my speakers a little more power. Anyone have any suggestions where they placed theirs or would place one? I dont want to drill if avoidable but i want a spot for my T-Tops still in the back... anyone try a rack from the top of the compartment area?

I am thinking about going with this amp.... http://www.crutchfield.com/S-fEtFsus...fo&i=158XM1252

(Anyone think I should have anything i need to do besides normal amp/speaker wiring, etc. to make sure it runs good? I guess i just dont know the vette's electrical systems, etc. as good as others may)

i used the bottom of the rear window molding to mount my head unit---work's fine, plenty of room for the t-tops

I have heard of guys using epoxy to put heavy duty plastic blocks on the underside of the rear storage space and then mounting to that plastic, so it remains up and out of the way.
