This is the third annual SCA (http://www.suncoastcorvette.com/) Dine Out and Corvette Show to be held Wednesday, July 19th from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Steak N Shake restaurant across the street from the old Countryside Mall in Clearwater FL.

NO Entry Fee – However, we are requesting that participants bring item(s) of canned or boxed food, baby foods, or items for personal hygiene. These donations will be delivered to the RCS Food Bank (http://www.rcshelps.com/foodpantry.htm).

Prizes for Manager’s Choice and Crew’s Choice

50/50 drawing SCA will be donating its 50% of the winnings to be converted to additional foods that will be added to the night’s contributions.

We expect to fill the lot again this year!

I'd love to come down ,but can't this time. I'd like to point out that my car is a snow bird spending the winters in Orlando. The other point is I live to far north to be a yankee.You folks have a great time, might join you next year. Steve

In spite of an earlier afternoon rain that had animals pairing up, this turned into a heck of an event (http://picasaweb.google.com/2000corvette/SteakOut06).

Not only did everyone bring food and baby products for the Food Pantry but they also raised an additional $200 in cash donations that was converted to food the next day.

All in all, we delivered 583 pounds of food and baby goods to the Religeous Community Services Food Pantry.

Steak & Shake judged the rides and gave $20 gift cards to the owners of the Manager's Choice (a beautiful '67 Coupe) (green by the way :D ) and to the Associate's Choice ( a stunning tripple black C6 Vert).
