Default How often do you drain & change your auto trans and rear end differential?

This would be on a 2005 C-6 Corvette A-4 that is factory stock and will not see the track only street driving.
What brands do you use? Synthetic? or non-synthetic, REDLINE, Royal Purple, Amsoil, Mobil One etc?
