Default Suspension "Pucks"

I seem to remember threads where people have taken delivery of their C6s only to discover that the shipping pucks were still in the suspension. Am I using the correct terminology? He received an 06 DSOM coupe with the magnetic ride suspension and he says it stiff all the time which leads me to believe that they are still in place. Are they easy to remove? Couple minutes worth of work with a jack and good to go? Can they be seen without jacking the car? I have directed him to this site so perhaps he will be registered over here soon enough. Any help is appreciated.

Leon

Guy, thanks for the reply. That was what I remembered reading. Is this something that can be removed on your own? Or best to have a dealer do it?
