KerryKerry,

Can't wait to see your new addition! I was at BK last night to pass out flyers but at 8pm there were only 3 other Vettes there - a C6 and two C5s:(. I'll hit it again next weekend, and maybe Chik-fil-a in Sterling or Dulles or wherever the heck it is. - Eric:w

Great I hope to make it. If I can get my steering leak fixed I may even make it out there in my Vette.

So far the weather appears to be heading in the right direction for Saturday. Mostly Cloudy 82° per weather.com:upthumbs. If it holds out that will be a welcome change.

See you all there,

So Eric where will you be? How will I identify you? It will probably me and my dad out there, hopefully in my Red 76 with Sidepipes, but if not I will be in a yellow landrover Defender.

I'll be there again this year. Look for the red 94 LT1 with the "Mach23" license plate.

BDon't know where I'll be since I'm rarely hanging around my car, usually walking and talking. I'll be wearing a bright blue t-shirt with Road Runner stitched over the breast pocket. And I'll have a green 7-up cap on my skull.

See you there!

Rain or shine, the show will go on! I'll be there regardless. I spoke to Chuck, the guy that runs the joint, and he asked me to pray for the rain to wait. So do us all a favor and DON'T wash your car or rain will be guaranteed:D.

Considering the forecast for heavy thrunderstorms, the turnout was good even if it was less than normal. For those that left before the torrent came, it all came at once. One minute the breeze kicked up, the next it was raining buckets.

Lots of C5s and C4s and a decent number of Sharks. I think the weather threat kept most of the mids and solids away.

I'll post some pics later

Eric, it was a cool time - unless you were the owner of that little red import that got hit :eek

The rain came fast! I was on empty when I pulled into the sunoco - rain was coming down sideways! :eek
