89 key fob

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to program the keyless entry fob for an 89 ? Thanks much

89 did not have a factory fob for keyless entry.

PKE Passive Keyless Entry did not show up from GM on the Corvettes until 1993

OH, your right. 89 still had the old dash. Probably an add on . Change the battery for a starter.

Thanks. Mine must be aftermarket. No wonder it doesn't work.
