I have searched the forums and I still don't have a clear understanding of where the horn relay is located. I would also like to know how to removed the horn button on the steering wheel. I tried the old push and turn and it seemed to not work...thanks (1985 C4)

I got a little from the Chilton's re; Horn removal. For 84 it states to pry the cap off with a small screw driver, disconnect the horn contact. This is for models with "no airbags"
I think the horn relay is located behind the pass/side lower trim panel, but again I'm no sure. Wish I could be of more help.
The relay is behind the Driver info center or DIC. It is in the center of the dashboard. Remove the bezel and controls and you will see it. There is also a fuse there, check it also. Good luck, Guy
