I like it very much! In fact I have always preferred the crossed flag emblems...from old Impalas to Vettes. Looks a lot better than the soo eighties GM stock emblem.

Nice ride...and I'm with Dale and you too on taste obviously I think since you changed them emblem, I always liked the flags better, to me our C4 emblem is a bit boring or something.

I have one for the gas door too, can't wait to get it on.

australia | For the gas door you just need to trim the 2 little flag "poles" from the bottom of the flags to the circle, this will still look good and you will be able to get your finger through to open the door.

My $0.02
Cut the circle off the emblem and it will look even better. It makes the hood look much wider, in my opinion.

australia | Use the rear emblem for the rear. You will need to trim off the little pegs from the bottom of the emblem because the pegs don't match the holes on the gas door. A front emblem might work but I haven't tried it, put it up front too quick haha. I think they are the same size but not 100%sure.

I normally don't like non-stock exterior add-ons, but I think the emblem looks pretty good. Very nice. Although I still love the stock emblem too.

I like the way the C5 emblems looks also, but if you were in a judged car show, would you lose points for not having the correct emblem? Any judges out there?

Any judges out there? | You bet! You can lose points if things like your belts, hoses, etc aren't correctly dated. Someone here a while ago was looking for a #52 oil filter; coulnd't be blue even, had to be black.
A friend of mine lost a point or two on his midyear a few hears ago because the door handles were too "new", obviously not 35 year old parts on a car being judged as original.
The list goes on........kinda crazy sometimes! | |
