Default Mileage per year poll

I'd be interested in how many miles / year our members put on their Corvettes. Age and series are unimportant, just a poll showing how many miles per year. Just divide the total car miles by how many years old.

ie.
0 - 1,000
1,000 - 4,000
4,000 - 8,000
8,000 - 12,000
12,000 plus

thanks, Safety

About 1,500 maybe 2,000 per season. If we did not have the beautiful winters that I love so much It would be more.

I picked 1k to 4k because I think that should be normal for where I live. Salt does not agree with my Z!

I figure after the first yr's 7K+ I should settle down to the 4K range. The first yr was "it's new so let's play alot!" It's was nice after 25 yrs without a vette to finally have one again so I'd go anywhere at the drop of a hat. Don't know what the future will hold but I'm not saving this car for some one else!

Tom

Around 3,000 miles a year on my coupe not sure about the roadster yet just bought it last August did manage to put 1,500 miles on it
It still has under 10,000 miles on the clock but will no doubt go over this year!

I am right around 4000, so I went 4 to 8. Could have went either way though.

1990 Coupe, clock reads 77K, original owner put 67K on it, and I've put 10K on in six years. So I'm running just over 1600 a year, and the average overall for 16 years is just over 4800 miles a year.

My 94 is a driver, I’ll drive it when ever the weather’s nice and I don’t need to big car to haul passengers around. I get a low mileage discount for less than 7500 miles a year and I’m usually close to that. If New England didn’t have such a short season I’d be putting on a lot more miles.

I like to take mine on trips to see the kids and grandkids - about four hours each way in two different locations.

I have done about 6,000 per year.

Mine is a daily driver so I put 14k-15k a year on her.

I bought her in mid-June 2004 at 25,000 miles and she's sitting at a little over 53,000 right now.

Miles of Smiles!
