Every year on our way to Hilton Head, we stop by the Mighty 8th for a break.

I would like to go but my vette is in the shop. Probably not enough notice anyway. I'll have to be on the lookout for that next year.

This one was pretty good, about 40 vettes. There was a sweet '59 that came up from Orlando. The real treat was the brand spankin' new YELLOW Z06. Dinner was good and they had gobs of door prizes. I'll post some pics when I get them off the camera.

Warranty work- EBCM, leaky rear axle seal. Just getting it all tightened up and ship-shape before CruiseFest.

I saw the Z06 leave early as it looked like it might rain, but it didn't. The C6 convertable was owned by a couple that took the factory delivery option. The other cool thing was that when you pulled up, they diverted you around the Phantom display to get a photo made. I got mine mounted on a wood plaque with the dash plaque under it. The picture is neat with the Phantom jet behind the car and a reflection of the car in the little pond that was in front. A tad expensive, but a one time opportunity. Overall a good day.
