2000 camaro Z28 Question LS1

I have a 2000 Camaro Z28 Automatic with 92000 miles with the mods below

MTI clear Lid
K&N Air Filter
Larger Blue MAF Ends
Stock 3" Exhaust From A WS6 Trans AM
3" Exhaust Cut out between cats and muffler
Raised air box about 1/2"-3/4"

My Question is what kind of rear wheel horse power would this car put down with the cut out opened?

Also, what would be your best quess on a 1/4 mile pass time and speed?

What axle ratio?

What kind of rear tire?

What kind of road surface?
