Default No radio and no passenger's headight?

Well, after the debacle of that girl hitting the vette and fleeing, I finally got it back from the shop ($3100 later). So I pick it up from the shop Saturday and drive home on the highway. I turn the radio on and it's 1400 am. I figure the shop disconnected the battery when they were working on it. So I reprogram the stations and crank it up but there's nothing, no sound. It displays the stations though. Can't figure it out. got home and checked all the fuses, they were all good. So that's my first question, where to check, what to check. I tried calling the shop but they were busy.

Later that night I found out the passenger's side headlight doesn't light up either. I am wondering if the two are connected somehow.

Any ideas on what to check or where to check.

Shane,

I'd say the two are not related. Maybe the stereo is a balance/fader thing. My guess is the headlight is coincidental and just needs to be replaced. Might as well replace both at the same time and go w/ some Sylvania Silverstars.

That's all I got man,
Jeff

Don't trust a visual test on fuses. Test the clk/ctsy fuse. If the antenna goes up then that fuse is working. That same fuse powers the coil in the bose amp relay. If it fails, no sound. If all is good there, than the relay may be dead. It's a ***** to get to as it is behind the passenger side dash, screwed to the dash support brace. You may have luck reaching up from below and disconnecting the harness. Leave the old relay there and plug in the new relay.
