Today is fabulous weather here in the Boston area. I fired up the Grand Sport for the first time since last December and took her out for a 30 mile drive...top down, of course!
Today's particularly a good day as I had been in a Boston hospital with my 84 year old mother while she had a heart catheter very early this morning. Prognosis wasn't great as she had an aortic valve replaced 16 years ago...average lifetime of a replacement valve is 10 years...so we were all sure it was the valve. Great news, though. She only needed another stent, far easier than open heart surgery.:) We're all very happy. That called for a celebration so out came the Grand Sport for its first drive of 2006.
