.....the Corvette come out with an optional ZZ502 engine complete with headers....call it "The Ultimate Performance Package" . Seems like a natural to me. Id consider buying one. That ought to de-fang the Viper !

ZZ502 would be impressive, but they could cut costs by using a modified 8.1L (496) from the new GM HD pickups. I'm sure they could tweak it for Corvette use, and get some serious HP!!! :) For the C6 generation, I'd like to see "The Return of the Shark," meaning, I'd like to see GM go back to a more radical, edgy styling found in the C3's.

will a 502 even fit under the hood??? lol
