Default 2006 C6 A/T Question

Just bought a new C6 and have noticed the transmission takes what seems to be a long time going from Reverse to Drive, anyone notice this, or is it normal?

I haven't noticed any delays or hesitations. Ok, maybe a short hesitation, that I find to be normal in most other auto. trans. Other than that nothing unusal.

I haven't noticed it either. It seems to be harder to take it out of park if the car isn't warmed up.

I'd be interested in hearing more on this also from 2006 owners as the 2006 has a completely different auto trans than the 2005 does.

Since here in Ohio there is this white %$#) on the ground and this other
corrosive white *&^$ on the roads, I was only able to get 388 miles on my
'06 auto, but I will tell you there was never any hesitation with the
transmission or people asking for a ride! This is going to be a long
winter!!!!!!!

HI there,
If, within 1 second, it is not in gear, there maybe an issue that your dealer needs to look at.
The 6L80 is very reliable and VERY sensitive to programming, so I would definately show this to them, and let them find the solution.
Allthebest, c4c5
