Default '73 steering column

I have a '73 with t+t, and when going into the steering column to find out why the tilt spring wasn't functioning, I ran into some broken and missing parts that I can't seem to find replacments for.

The broken piece is the "C" Ring Retainer. The missing pieces are the Tilt Lever Spring Retainer, Tilt Lever Spring and Tilt Lever Spring Guide.

Can anyone shed some light on where I may be able to find these parts?

I can't be more specific but I believe a lot of GMs shared common internal componentry for their tilt-teles. E.g. depending on what it is and cost and so forth - might scrounge up some things at your local salvage yard out of an early 70s GM?
